Chanel Spring-Summer 2018 Pre-Collection Camille Hurel Commercial Song

Chanel showcases its Spring-Summer 2018 Pre-Collection in a new commercial, featuring Camille Hurel.

The 60-second ad stars the French fashion model, who has the most walk at Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017, sporting various pieces from the new collection, in which the main elements are tweed and leather, shimmering sequins, and touches of bright pink. Among the outfits shown in the video are a black leather midi dress worn with two-tone clogs, a leather midi skirt, paired with a lace black long-sleeved blouse and traffic-cone orange runners, which are chosen for a variety of other outfits, that include tweed mini skirts and fitted blazers.

The soundtrack music is “Cavern” by New York City no wave and dance band Liquid Liquid off their 2001 album, “Downtown 81”. The song was covered by the Sugar Hill Records house band as the backing track for Melle Mel’s old school rap classic “White Lines (Don’t Do It)”.

Chanel Spring-Summer 2018 Pre-Collection launches today in all Singapore boutiques. The Spring-Summer Collection will be available in boutiques starting March.
