“It doesn’t just drive. It thinks” – this is the tagline of the latest TV advert released by Audi UK to showcase the new Audi Q5’s intelligent technology.
The 60-second spot, created by BBH London and titled “React”, features an Audi Q5 in slow motion during a storm and its intelligent technology, including the revolutionary quattro on demand, which enables the car to switch between all-wheel drive and front-wheel drive in a fraction of a second just by monitoring driving dynamics, road conditions and driver behaviour.
The ad highlights there is also the Adaptative Cruise Control System, which automatically maintains safe distance and speed, traffic sign recognition system, grill sensor, climate control, Audi Pre-Sense, which can detect pedestrians and give warnings, Automatic Beams, Side Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring System, and others.
The song used in the advert is “If I Only Had A Brain”, originally composed by Arlen/Harburg for the motion picture “The Wizard Of Oz”, performed by Faultline.
The all-new Audi Q5, available at a starting price of £38.035, is the brand’s best-selling SUV and is now, according to Audi, “more spacious”, “more connected”, “more efficient”, and boasting “more suspension options”.
