H&M is about to launch the exclusive capsule collection by Zara Larsson and has dropped a new commercial ahead of the launch – in selected stores and online – on May 18.
The 19-year-old Swedish singer and songwriter is sporting some of the streetwear pieces that reflect her style and her personality, including – for example – oversized hoodies, t-shirt dresses, body-con shorts, tops, in a range of pinks (pink being her favorite color and suiting everyone, according to her).
Some of the pieces (T-shirts, jumper, jacket) feature her “Cats Against Catcalling” design, which the pop superstar believes “is a way of saying that you want to be comfortable in your own space, without having disrespectful people approaching it”, and the “Lush Life” design. The main materials used for this collection are velour, denim, mesh fabrics and cotton jersey.
Zara revealed for the fashion brand that she can’t wait to see “how girls everywhere wear the pieces to add to their own personal style”.
The song used in the ad is her single “What They Say”, from her newest album (the second studio album), titled “So Good” and released earlier this year, on March 17.
