Missguided has released a new advert, introducing Londunn + Missguided, the exclusive collaboration with global fashion icon Jourdan Dunn.
The 60-second spot, filmed by London-born filmmaker and photographer Dexter Navy in a derelict building, features several models sporting pieces from the new collection created by the supermodel turned mother and now creative director, with her voice in the background, delivering a powerful message and her life mantra, “You owe it to yourself, set the world on fire”.
Jourdan embarked on a mission to inspire confidence in women from all over the world, and this is why her collection, includes pieces of athletic luxe sportswear re-imagined, designed to flatter any woman’s body shape.
Among the featured styles there are Londunn + Missguided black and grey logo knickers (£12), grey fleeceback wide leg logo joggers (£30), the white triangle logo bra (£16), the black high cut knickers (£12), the black racer back logo crop top (£18), the silver hammered satin duster jacket (£60), the ribbed jersey crop top (£12), the black wide sleeve black logo bodysuit (£30), and many more.
Jourdan reveals that, to her, empowerment means “just feeling confident being 100% yourself and enjoying who you are” and that her biggest inspiration is her son, who inspires her to want to do “bigger and better”. Asked what is her life motto, she answers “Fail better. Life is believing. You owe it to yourself. Set the world on fire”.
