After more than 106 years of history, Alfa Romeo sets a new milestone: the launch of its first SUV: Stelvio.
A new commercial has been released to showcase the new car, inspired by the iconic Alfa Romeo design, which combines all the comfort and versatility of an SUV with the untamable sports spirit, offering its driver a unique driving experience.
“A long time ago, I traced the path when no one thought it was possible. Since then, my curves have thrilled thousands of drivers. For years, I’ve been a silent spectator to their shivers. Just waiting. Now, the time has come. I am the most exciting road in the world. And you (referring to Stelvio) are created to excite me”, says a male voiceover (giving voice to Stelvio Mountain Pass) in the 54-second spot, featuring a red Stelvio
riding on the Stelvio Pass, from northern Italy, which is the highest paved mountain pass in the Eastern Alps.
Created ready to tackle any road, Alfa Romeo Stelvio features a carbon fibre crankshaft, powerful aluminium engines delivering the best-in-class acceleration, a perfect 50/50 weight balance, a Q4 all-wheel drive system, world premiere technology and safety systems, and the best-in class steering wheel ratio.
The spot, featuring a song performed by a female voice to highlight there’s no other like Stelvio, ends with the brand’s tagline, “La meccanica delle emozioni”.
