Walmart’s new ad campaign, titled “Back to School with Walmart”, includes several spots advertising the items needed by kids to rule the school.
One of them, “The Dad Pack”, features a father giving to his two daughters briefcases, saying – with a big smile on his face – that “lawyers use these”.
If in the first place the girls do not seem delighted at all, the look on their faces changes completely the moment the briefcases turn into Shopkins backpacks, making them exclaim: “I love it!” and “So cool!”.
The spot ends with the voiceover saying that a two pocket character backpack is available at $9.88 and the brand’s tagline, “Save money. Live Better”.
